Erin Machin

With more than 10 years of experience in the early learning sector, Erin began her career as a student and worked her way up to a Director role. This hands-on experience gives her a genuine understanding of the day-to-day realities of early childhood education, the importance of strong teams and the impact great educators have on children and families.

Erin grew up on the Sunshine Coast and has a young family of her own, including two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and exploring new places together.

Known for her warm and approachable nature, Erin values open communication and meaningful relationships. She enjoys a good chat and a laugh, and believes that taking the time to understand people is essential to providing genuine support.

Excited by new challenges and opportunities to learn, Erin is looking forward to bringing her sector knowledge, people-first approach and positive energy to her new recruitment journey with Entrée Early Years.
