Meet Julio Zavagli, our newest Recruitment Consultant! Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Julio has embarked on exciting journeys worldwide. He spent three months in London and another three months in India, enriching his perspective and embracing different cultures. Passionate and proud of his Latino heritage, Julio’s family background is a wonderful blend of Italian and Portuguese influences.
Julio brings a dynamic blend of expertise and enthusiasm to his role as a Recruitment Consultant at Entrée Early Years Recruitment. With a business degree and a strong background in sales, HR, and recruitment, Julio’s well-rounded experience allows him to excel in connecting exceptional early childhood professionals with childcare centres in need.
But Julio’s story doesn’t end there. A former Childcare Educator, Julio’s passion for teaching and love for children led him to the Early Childhood Education and Care sector. By uniting his passions, Julio found his true calling and strives to make a lasting impact on the lives of children.
One of Julio’s many strengths is his ability to achieve goals and build strong relationships. With a natural talent for connecting with people on a genuine level, Julio takes pride in helping and supporting others. For him, it’s all about creating long-lasting partnerships between clients, candidates, and Entrée Early Years.
When Julio isn’t busy connecting talented individuals with their dream opportunities, he enjoys exploring his diverse hobbies and interests. As a certified Yoga teacher, Julio finds joy and balance through practising Yoga and meditation. He also loves listening to music, cooking savoury dishes, and lifting weights at the gym. But above all, spending quality time with friends and loved ones fuels his happiness.
