Senior Recruitment Consultant
Meet Jordan, our friendly and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant who specialises in permanent recruitment solutions for the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector.
With over eight years of hands-on experience in ECEC and six years in recruitment, Jordan brings a rare combination of sector insight and expert talent-matching capability. As a former Educator, she understands the unique dynamics of early learning environments and the calibre of staff required to make a meaningful impact. As a permanent recruitment specialist, Jordan leads the end-to-end recruitment process for Early Childhood Services, including sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality, long-term professionals. She sources Centre Directors, Room Leaders, and Assistant Educators with care and precision, ensuring each placement aligns with the Service’s culture and brings long-term commitment.
While Jordan continues to support clients with flexible temporary staffing solutions, her core focus is strategic, values-driven permanent recruitment. Jordan’s recruitment philosophy is grounded in connection, integrity, and genuine care. She works closely with clients and candidates alike to create a consultative, relationship-focused experience that delivers lasting outcomes. Her deep sector understanding and ability to truly listen have made her a trusted advisor in permanent workforce planning across the ECEC space.
When she’s not helping build exceptional early years teams, Jordan is a busy mum to her son Ottis, dog mum to Nala the Aussie Golden, and caretaker of six lively heritage chickens. She and her husband are currently renovating their first home in the Adelaide Foothills — a project that keeps her just as hands-on and passionate as her day job. Her personal life mirrors her professional style: energetic, dedicated, and always up for a challenge.
I Love Working In Early Years Because...
I began my career in early childhood with a deep passion for supporting children’s learning and development. Transitioning into recruitment allowed me to continue that purpose in a new way — by helping centres build strong, permanent educator teams. It’s incredibly rewarding to know my work contributes to the future of early education.
