Jemma Wilson

Meet Jemma, one of our Rostering Officers, who brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector. She has worked across all age groups as a Lead Educator, with a special love for the Nursery room, and has also supported families through nannying roles in Adelaide and London. Before joining us at Entrée Early Years, Jemma stepped into the role of Centre Cook, combining her care for children with her passion for food.

In her current rostering role, Jemma applies her sector knowledge, organisational skills, and love of systems to ensure smooth, reliable shift coverage. She finds satisfaction in a well-managed spreadsheet and takes pride in ensuring that each shift is filled efficiently and accurately.

Jemma values clear, open communication. She takes time to understand the needs of both centres and educators, knowing that excellent placements rely on connection, communication, trust, and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Jemma loves crafting, planning future travel, and designing homes — she even created the floor plan for her own. With a curious mind and creative spirit, she brings a thoughtful and personal touch to everything she does.
