Ella brings over 13 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Care, having worked across a range of roles within the sector. She now brings this valuable, hands-on experience into recruitment, with a strong understanding of the importance of finding the right fit for both educators and centres. Ella is passionate about building genuine, long-term partnerships and supporting positive outcomes across the Early Years community.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys time at the beach with her fiancé and their dog, as well as unwinding in the Pilates studio.
