Meet Jordan, our friendly and approachable Senior Recruitment Consultant! With over eight years of experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector and six years in recruitment, Jordan is an expert in sourcing talented educators who provide exceptional care for children.

As a former Educator, Jordan has a unique understanding of centre requirements and the skills and experiences an education provider needs to succeed. As a result, she tailors her service to match each client’s hiring objectives, ensuring that they receive staff who exceed sector requirements.

Passionate about connecting with Early Childhood Education and Care professionals, Jordan takes the time to get to know her clients and candidates. She genuinely cares about their individual needs, removing the transactional interaction we too often feel in the recruitment process. She fosters strong, long-term relationships by providing exceptional service and building trust.

In her spare time, Jordan is a busy Mum running after her active son Ottis, her Aussie Golden Nala, and her six heritage chickens. She hopes to own her own family farm one day, but in the meantime, she and her husband are renovating their first home, located in the Adelaide Foothills.
