The CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is the entry qualification should you wish to work in the early childhood education and care sector.\u00a0 This qualification also provides a pathway for further study including the Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care once you are ready for the next step in your early childhood educator career.<\/p>\n
This qualification will provide you with the ability to work in a range of early childhood education settings within the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Standard and is the starting point for a career within the sector.<\/p>\n

Study Cookery<\/b><\/p>\n The SIT20421 Certificate II in Cookery will reflect the role of individuals working in kitchens who use a defined and limited range of food preparation and cookery skills to prepare food and menu items. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision.<\/p>\n This qualification does not provide the skills required by commercial cooks, which are covered in\u00a0SIT30816 \u2013 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.<\/a><\/p>\n This cookery qualification will get students ready for work in any of the following roles:<\/p>\n Students completing a Certificate II in Cookery can then go on to complete a\u00a0Certificate III in Commercial Cookery<\/a>\u00a0to become a qualified chef under an apprenticeship arrangement.<\/p>\n\n
